Dharma course - suitable for beginners - Thurs evenings 19:30-21:30 (dates as advertised)

These 6-8 week Meditation and Buddhism courses offer the chance to find meaning, purpose and direction in life. You will be introduced to two meditations and explore Buddhist practices and ideas that support a creative balanced lifestyle. The idea is that you will go on this 'journey' with the same group of people each week, getting to know them and benefitting from mutual support. Each evening begins with a short exploration of an aspect of Buddhism. There is plenty of time for questions and discussion. A meditation session will follow after a tea break.

If you're thinking of attending our next Dharma course, we recommend that you try an Open Day or a Newcomers' Nights first.

Puja and Practice Night -every Friday 19.30pm-21.30

There will be a puja to a Buddha or Bodhisattva on the last Friday of every month. The following 3 or 4 evenings will be practice evenings exploring the qualities and symbols of that Buddha or Bodhisattva through meditation and ritual.

If you wish to make a donation we suggest £ 4 per evening.

Eight Step Recovery meeting - Sunday 18:45-20:00
