The Five Spiritual Faculties

The theme for this short retreat is ‘The Five Spiritual Faculties’ these being Faith, Vigour, Mindfulness, Meditation and Wisdom. These five faculties are the powers or strengths that we need to enable us to overcome that which stops, diverts or hinders us from achieving progression on our individual and collective spiritual path and which help us to a full and deep understanding of the nature of reality and to achieve Enlightenment.

Many people said how successful they felt our first online retreat was and expressed pleasant surprise at how effective a retreat in your own home can be. The retreat will begin on Friday evening and closes on Sunday morning following an optional 7am meditation session.
