Our hugely successful six-week introduction to Buddhism and meditation returns.
Over six Thursday evenings, you gain not only a structured introduction to Buddhist ethics and practice but an insight into the changes that these can bring about in your life.
By the end of the six-week online course, you will know whether you would like to continue to Level 2. This is a further six weeks course which begins a few weeks after this course ends and takes things a little deeper.

How to join
This course is presented over Zoom. You must book and pay in advance to reserve your place. Please use the form opposite. (We never want cost to exclude you from participating so please contact Kulsaladana (email above) if you need help with the cost).
Once booked you will receive an email acknowledgment and a few days before the course starts you will be sent a set of notes and a Zoom link to join the course.

Is this event suitable for me?
This course is suitable for everyone whether or not you have any prior knowledge of Buddhism or Meditation.
Do I need to commit to the full six weeks?
You should certainly start out with the intention of joining all six nights. Of course, life sometimes gets in the way and you miss one but notes are issued in advance of each week so it isn’t hard to catch-up.
