Eight Step Recovery – now online
March 28, 2021 @ 6:45 pm – 8:00 pm
Our Eight Step Recovery meetings are open to anyone who feels they need help with an addiction. We welcome people in recovery from emotional trauma as well. We so often find that our minds control our actions, which are not always helpful when we reach for things to change the way we feel.
We look at the Eight Step Recovery book but also study other Buddhist recovery literature. The meetings give us tools for living life on life’s terms and enables us to share our experiences and support and help each other on our path to freedom from suffering.
