Meditation at Friends Night
Our current theme is Meditation and its’ central place in Buddhist practise.
This series features talks, presentations and shared practise.
You can join Friends Night in-person at The Centre. Please arrive for a 7:30pm start or at 8:25pm. (see below)
7:30pm Welcome, announcements and brief tune-in
8:00pm Refuges & Precepts, short meditation or just-sitting
8:25pm Tea break
8:35pm Presentation & discussion or a second longer meditation with a just-sitting beforehand and then a meditation
9:30pm Evening ends

Come along to The Center. This event is not available to join on Zoom.

Frequently asked questions
Is this session suitable for me?
All are welcome who have attended the Centre (for real or online) and have an interest in being part of the Ipswich sangha. You will need to be familiar with our two main meditations.
Do I need to attend for the whole session?
This session is in two parts (see above). You can join at the start of either.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn up at The Centre 5 or 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
