This series features talks, interviews and presentations.
You can join Freinds Night either in-person at The Centre or Zoom. You are welcome to join at 7:25 or in time for the interview at 8:30pm (see below)
Each evening will generally include:
7:30pm – a welcome, brief tune-in, and Refuges and Precepts and a short meditation / just sitting / short puja then a tea break.
8:30pm – a talk followed by Q & A
9:30pm – evening ends

Is this session suitable for me?
All are welcome who have attended the Centre (for real or online) and have an interest in being part of the Ipswich sangha. You will need to be familar with our two main meditations.
Do I need to attend for the whole session?
This session is in two parts (see above). You can join at the start of either.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn-up at The Centre or t log-on 5 or 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
