You can join Freinds Night either in-person at The Centre or Zoom. Please arrive after 7:15pm or 8:30pm. (see below)

8:00pm Refuges & Precepts, Short Meditation, Just-sitting or The Short Puja

Is this session suitable for me?
All are welcome who have attended the Centre (for real or online) and have an interest in being part of the Ipswich sangha. You will need to be familar with our two main meditations.
Do I need to attend for the whole session?
This session is in two parts (see above). You can join at the start of either.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn-up at The Centre or t log-on 5 or 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
