Developing Sangha through Dharma Practice
You are welcome to join at 7:15 – 7.30pm for the whole evening or just for the presentation at 8:30pm (see below)
Each evening will generally include:
7:30pm – a welcome, introduction and Refuges and Precepts and a short meditation then a tea break.
8:35pm – a presentation followed by discussion groups or a Q & A.

Is this session suitable for me?
All are welcome who have attended the Centre (for real or online) and have an interest in being part of the Ipswich sangha. You will need to be familar with our two main meditations.
Do I need to attend for the whole session?
This session is in two parts (see above). You can join at the start of either.
Do I need to book?
No. Just log-on 5 or 10 minutes before the sessions starts.
