Friends Night is a weekly opportunity to meet with other Buddhists. Most evenings include meditation, a talk and discussion, and an opportunity to chat. Check the programme further down the page for details.
All are welcome to attend Friends Night. If it’s your first time visiting us then we will introduce you to meditation. Ideally, you will have some experience of meditation and Buddhism but it is not necessary as the team will be there to answer any of your questions.
