Learn the Tools for Living Your Life

Ever had an interest in Buddhism and Meditation, but were too busy or too shy to find out? Are you aware that meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress? Do you want to know how other Buddhist practices can make real, positive, differences to your life, even if you aren’t a Buddhist? Are you prepared to put a few weeks’ effort into finding out?

Join Ariyanivata, Prajnakara, Viryamati and the team on Saturday mornings in January, where they will be sharing teachings from the acclaimed book, Tools for Living Your Life, which draws on the Buddhist tradition to guide us along a progressive path of ethics, meditation and wisdom in the context of our day-to-day living. The tools are drawn from the author’s rich experience of guiding newcomers to Buddhism and meditation in how to integrate the teachings into our daily lives. There are also tools on how to bring calm into the midst of a busy active life. It is the next best thing to your own personal Buddhist teacher!
