Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation 2 (6 week course)
January 9, 2024 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
‘The threefold path is at the beginning of our very first contact with the dharma“
As we start to explore the Part 2 course we will make contact once more with the 3 fold path of Ethics, Meditation & Wisdom looking closely at how we live our life along this path.
From Wisdom we will be able to open up and discover a practice that will support us on our journey. Listen, Reflect and Meditate.
The course takes place at the Ipswich Buddhist Centre over six Tuesday evenings.
The price for the full course is £70 / (£45 concessions).
