Lunchtime Meditation – now online

Relax and Refresh your mind this Tuesday lunchtime at Ipswich Buddhist Centre.
Every week we will introduce one of two meditation practices, and guide you through it. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, and there is no need to book. Just drop in and discover what meditation can do for you!
The sessions will be similar to those that we normally run at the Centre but for now they are online. If you have not been along to the Centre you are still very welcome to join this online session.
The sessions starts at 1pm and will last about 40 minutes in total. The leader, one of our experienced Order Members, (normally Dayasara) will start the session with a simple introduction to the practice lasting about 10 minutes. Then there will be a 25 minute meditation period. After that, there will be an opportunity to talk with Dayasara over a cup of tea (you will have to make it at home) if you wish.
