Lunchtime Meditation Class
Tuesday, October 19th @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Relax and refresh your mind every Tuesday lunchtime with the Ipswich Buddhist Centre online.
Every week we introduce one of the two meditation practices which are part of our vision of a complete system of practice. There is no need to book. Just drop in and discover what meditation can do for you!
The sessions are similar to those that we normally run at the Centre but, for now, they are online.
The sessions start at 1pm and will last about 40 minutes in total. The leader, will start the session with a simple introduction to the practice [lasting a few minutes]. Then there will be a 25 minute meditation period. After that, there will be an opportunity to talk over a cup of tea (you will have to make it at home) if you wish.
