A chance to enrich your meditation
Get your mediation off to the best possible start in 2025 with a day that will enrich your practice through mind, body and heart.
Drawing on the same approach that helped so many people who attended the much missed ‘Mediation Diaries’, Jnanamitra and Prajnakara will lead sessions designed to enrich your meditation through a mix of bodywork, meditation, relaxation (morning) feeding into the cultivation of well-formed intentions (afternoon).
There will also be an opportunity for a tune-in and a chance to catch up with others in the Sangha with a cuppa and a shared vegan lunch.
The lunch break will be 1-2:30
How to join
It is helpful if you can book in advance so we know you are coming. If you arrive without having booked please be sure to pay on the day.
Tip – you need to add a quantity to activate the form.

Is this session suitable for me?
If you have established even the most basic meditation practice then you are welcome to attend this event.
Do I need to attend the whole session?
It is best if you can but if you attend the whole day but it is possible to arrive or leave at lunchtime (1:00-2:30pm)
What should I bring?
Please bring some vegan food to share at lunchtime. Kindly label for those with food intolerances.
