Meditation in the Park
Sunday, May 22nd @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Meditation in the Park is an opportunity for people to enyoy meditation, led by experienced meditation teachers, outside in the beautiful surroundings of Christchurch Park.
Full instruction is given so no previous experience of meditation is necessary.
We will have guided meditation led by two experienced meditators on the main practices we teach at the Ipswich Buddhist Centre – the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.
Come on your own or with family or friends. Enjoy a few hours of calm in the beautiful surroundings of the park.
Please bring your own chairs, picnic blankets and/or meditation stools/cushions.
Feel free to join us for one or both meditations starting at 2.00pm and 3.00pm.
There will be another Meditation in the Park on 22nd July.

Please check this page before you come in case the weather has caused a change to our plans.
