Sangha Day Festival

Come along to a Buddhist Festival. This ’Sangha Day’ will be a chance to find the true meaning of friendship, enjoy talks, stories, rituals and good conversation.
Please bring vegan lunch to share.
Doors open 10:00 for 10:30 start.

How to join
There is no charge for this event but you may wish to make use of the Dana bowl on this page.
Just turn up at The Centre 10 mins before the start. There are currently no plans to present this event over Zoom.

Is this event suitable for me?
This event is suitable for anybody who is familiar with our two main meditation practices, ‘The Mindfulness of Breathing’ and ‘The Metta Bhavana’.
Do I need to attend for the full day?
It is best if you can attend for the full day however, it is possible to join/leave at lunchtime.
What should I bring with me?
If you plan to stay for lunch. please bring some vegan food to share. You may also find it helpful to bring a notebook and pen.
