Sub30s: Natural Mindfulness and Nature Connection Walk

“Walking is medicine – it cures anxiety, sparks inspiration and brings us back to ourselves”.
Join our next guided walk based on the Japanese Practice of Forest Bathing. Experience how this simple practice can have a transformative effect on our bodies and minds.
This time we will be Forest Bathing in Newbourne, near Woodbridge. Caroline will guide us to the secret Newbourne Spring and we will be meditating under an ancient oak.
How to join
Limited places. Booking essential.
Open to anyone in early 30s or younger. To book contact youngbuddhists@
Dress appropriately and wear walking boots. Bring a flask and a packed lunch.
If you require a lift (or can offer a lift) from Ipswich Buddhist Centre, please let us know at the time of booking. Meeting place at Newbourne will be decided nearer the time.
