There will be a ritual in the shrine room followed by tea and cake.

This event is held at the Ipswich Buddhist Centre. Doors open shortly before the start of the event.

This event is offered without charge but please remember that our Centre is powered entirely by generosity (Dana). You can give cash or tap to give at the Centre or donate now online.

Is this event suitable for me?

This event is not suitable for newcomers but there are lots of other events where you are very welcome to join us.

What should I bring?

There is no need to bring anything however, if you can bring vegan cake to share it will be appreciated. Some people bring cards and gifts.

How accessible is the Buddhist Centre?

The shrine room is upstairs but we do have a lift. The accessible toilet is on the ground floor. We don’t have a hearing loop but it is usually possible to sit close to the speakers if you ask.
