This is a day for being in the elements, which are impermanent and insubstantial. There will be opportunities for meditation, walking, swimming and connecting with the Ipswich Women’s Sangha.

Meet at the Centre 10.45am for shared lifts. Please contact Shubha to let her know you are coming and if you can offer a lift or need one yourself. Shubha will need a lift. shubhadh@gmail.com (Only email Shubha if you are coming to the Day).

We will meet at 11.30am at the Cliff Road Carpark IP11 9SA. It is beyond the Dip on the way to Old Felixstowe. Meet at the far end of the car park near the toilets and steps down to the beach. You will need £3 in coins for the machine for 4hours.

If you arrive after 11.30 you will find us on the beach to the left beyond the breakwaters.

The event is free to attend. If you are getting a lift it is an act of dana (generosity) to offer petrol money to the driver.

Is this event suitable for me?

This event is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, and is suitable for newcomers.

Do I need to stay for the whole event?

This is a day at the beach to enjoy the elements, and socialise with sangha friends.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring vegan picnic to share, something to sit on and sun-protection and a hat if required.
