Following a discussion around Dana and charging for events, the Trustees decided that we will now fund and run the women’s and men’s events on a Dana basis. So on most occasions there will be no need to book a ticket for these events. Just turn up for the event and make a donation in the Dana bowl or via the GoodBox card reader.
Whilst it was always the case that people could come regardless of being able to pay, the ticketing system did not necessarily give that impression and could be a potential barrier to attendance.
However, there may still be times when ticketing is needed – eg. if the event leader needs to know number of attendees, or if a visiting Order Member requires expenses – so please do check the information each time on the website.
