First Aid Kit For The Mind – Breaking The Cycle of Habitual Behaviours
Join the Sangha for a stimulating day-retreat with an interactive workshop, and exciting book launch with best selling Triratna author Vimalasara (Valerie Mason-John).
This day retreat is for anyone who wants to transform their life and break the cycle of habitual behaviours. It will include meditation, time for reflection, and prāṇāyāma breath-work. The book launch will be at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
This is a rare opportunity to meet one of our international senior Order Members who is the award winning author of 11 books, named one of the leading voices in Mindfulness approaches for addiction, one of the founding facilitators of Dr Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry and trained in Internal Family Systems, Breathworks and Shamanism. They offer a day workshop exploring some of the ways we can work with the mind compassionately. Vimalasara works as a Healer, has a private practice, and trains both professionals and the general public in the field of trauma and addiction.

This is an in-person event at the Centre. Starting at 10am doors open 15 minutes before.
