We host weekly Eight Step Recovery meetings and offer Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery courses
We host Eight Step Recovery meetings every Sunday evening (CURRENTLY ONLINE) for those in addiction recovery and interested in using the eight steps.
The Zoom session opens at 18:30 for a chat and the meeting takes place 18:45-20:00.
Please join us whatever addiction you are in recovery from. The meeting explores recovery through the lens of the Buddhist teachings, and Buddhism throught the len of recovery. We usually read from the book Eight Step Recovery – Using The Buddha’s Teaching to Overcome Addiction.
If you are attending twelve-step meetings, this can be your expression of the 11th step and if you aren’t in a twelve-step program, it can be another way to approach your recovery. This is an extra meeting to complement your recovery, whatever that looks like.
