Join the Sangha for a stimulating day-retreat with an interactive workshop, and exciting book launch with best selling Triratna author Vimalasara (Valerie Mason-John).

This day retreat is for anyone who wants to transform their life and break the cycle of habitual behaviours. It will include meditation, time for reflection, and prāṇāyāma breath-work. The book launch will be at 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Her course Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery MBAR is accredited by the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches BAMBA. Here is the link if you would like to know more about the Eight-Step Recovery program at Ipswich and the meetings held.
