Friends and Newcomers Night

Friends Night. An Evening for Newcomers and Friends.
Come and find out about Meditation & Buddhism.
Each weekly event has three aspects. Firstly Meditation, which will be introduced, explained and then practiced. This is followed by a tea-break which gives an opportunity for sharing experiences with friends new and old. Finally there is an introduction and discussion of an interesting Buddhist topic.
Doors open at 7.15pm – You are all Welcome.
How to Join
You can join us at the Centre. Please note: doors open at 7.15pm. This gives the Friends Night team time for a team-meeting.
The classes are free but donations are welcome, and there is no need to book in advance. GIVING PAGE

Is this session suitable for me?
All are welcome to Friends Night. If you are not familiar with the meditation please make this clear to the person leading the session so that a fuller introduction can be given.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn up at The Centre 5 or 10 minutes before the evening sessions starts.
