Morning Meditation – now online

What better way to start the day than with a meditation?

This is a simple un-led meditation session in which you can engage in the practise of your choice in the supportive company of others.

You’ll need to have some experience of meditation and to be able to sit for 40 minutes.


How to join

This is an online session. We recommend you check-out How to use Zoom well in advance of the session. Then follow this link about 10 mins before the session starts. https://zoom.us/j/346744964 If needed, the password is 919664.

It is helpful if you check that your device has a full battery or is connected to the mains and that no alarms are likely to sound during the meditation session.

We make no charge for these events but please remember that the Centre is powered by your generosity. GIVE HERE

This session is suitable for anyone with some experience of meditation and able to sit for 40 minutes.

Do I need to attend the whole session?

It is best if you can attend the whole session.

Do I need to book?

No. Just turn up. If it is your first time, you may prefer to log-on about 10 minutes early so that we can answer any questions you have about the session.
