Peace and compassion, friendship and fraternity are at the heart of the Buddhas Dharma and Sangharakshitas teachings, and in these very troubled times their importance needs to not only reiterated but radiated…from Ipswich across the globe.
Join Bodhisetu, Di, Lisa, Ed and Sean for a series of 4 evenings in January and February 2025 to reflect on, meditate on and Puja for Peace.

No need to book. just turn up from 6:45pm.
The event is offered without charge but please remember that although the Dharma is free the Centre does have costs which are only met by the generosity of the people who attend. GIVING PAGE

Is this event suitable for me?
This event is suitable for those familiar with Puja (Buddhist ritual) and our two meditations, The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana.
Do I need to pay?
These events are offered without charge however we encourage donations on every visit to the Centre. There is a contactless donation system at the Centre or you can donate online using the link above.
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn up.
