When the Suffolk Baby Hub put out a call for urgent help to support struggling parents and carers of babies in Suffolk, our Community Action kula was quick to respond. They launched a special appeal to the Sangha and within a week or so, were able to provide the Suffolk Baby hub with much-needed food and baby supplies.
This special appeal is still running for SMA and Cow & Gate baby milk, tinned fruit, tinned veg and children’s cereal. If anyone can help with this appeal then please contact the Community Action Kula via Slack or enquiries@ipswichbuddhistcentre.org.uk to arrange collection of your donation.
The next planned appeal for more general items will be launched on Buddha Day at the end of May.
