Dark & Light outdoor ritual – Light

Bridge Wood

This is the second part of a mindful ritual in two parts. We meet in the light at 11.30 am on the 25th.

The ritual involves a walk in silence along a path in the wood to a big oak tree, where we meditate and chant and then walk on down to the Orwell shore and back again.

We go whatever the weather. This second part is the same as the Dark but in the light when the same wood is magically different.

What should I bring?

Dress warmly. Bring a folding chair and a thin piece of wood as an offering

No. You can just turn up but don’t be late or you will miss us!
