This month’s men’s gathering is a walk around part of the Alton Water park.
A great way of meeting up with the men of the sangha is through exercising in nature.
All welcome . Meet at the main car park which is also the cafe and campsite entrance.
How to join
No need to book. Please arrive at the rendevous just before 10:00am.
There is no charge for this event but you are encouraged to donate to the Centre if you can.

Is this session suitable for me?
If you are a man and you sometimes or often attend The Centre, (or would like to start) please do come along. The paths around Alton Water have variable accessibility but there are good options for wheelchair users.
Do I need to attend the whole session?
It is best if you can but if you need to leave early, please mention this to the organiser at the start of the session.
What should I bring?
You may wish to bring a thermos or money for a cuppa. Biscuits too if you fancy!
