Midweek for Mitras

Midweek is a regular sangha evening for Mitras. It is an opportunity to practice together with meditation, study and ritual.
This week Trish, a long-standing member of the Ipswich Sangha, will be giving a talk. The theme is “what Inspires, can reduce you to tears, yet have you going back for more!”
The format for Midweek for Mitras is normally:
- 7:00pm Arrive
- 7:10pm Meditation
- 7:50pm Tea
- 8:00pm Study
- 9:20pm Wind-up, clear-up and depart
