Mitra Night

Mitra Night is a weekly sangha evening for Mitras. It is an opportunity to practice together with other Mitra’s and Order members.

Tonight Bodhivamsa expands on the themes in his recent homily.

The evenings include a longer meditation, a dharma talk and discussion study and sometimes a ritual.

The first and third Wednesday of each month features Meditation Diaries to help us keep our meditation practice stimulating and creative.

The format for Mitra Night is normally:

• 7:00pm Arrive
• 7:10pm Meditation
• 7:50pm Tea
• 8:30pm Talks and Discussion
• 9:20pm Wind-up, clear-up and depart
