Saturday Intro Session

The Saturday morning sessions aim to give you a practical way to live the life you really want and to explore what the Buddhist path looks and feels like.

Each session includes an introduction to meditation followed by a presentation and discussion on an aspect of Buddhist practice.

This week we explore the Buddha’s teaching in the Kalama Sutta in which we are encouraged to test his teachings for ourselves rather than accepting them without question.

Each of our Saturday morning Introductory sessions stands alone but come regularly to find the support to bring about lasting change in your life.

Join us at the Centre, doors open a few minutes before the session starts. You are all very welcome.
