The Inner Cosmos of Meditation
Friday, November 20th @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Within the pause between two breaths, the outer world dissolves, and the inner cosmos comes into view. Thoughts drift like comets through the mind’s vast sky. Feelings and emotions orbit the moons of Tanha and Dukkha.
In the rays of the Buddha sun, galaxies of thought spiral into stillness, and the self becomes a mere constellation that we see through and beyond.
Come and join Jnanamitra, Bodhisetu and the team as we explore the Universe of Buddhist Meditation and voyage through our Inner Cosmos.
Shanti
