Afternoon Workshops
Three Lines One Breath 2-4pm
Bring a notebook, pen and an open mind. No previous writing experience is necessary. The workshop is inspired by the work of Natalie Goldberg; a Zen-like method that will take you straight to the source of creative power, to the mind that is raw, full of energy and alive with imagination. This will culminate in short haikus that will be presented visually in a short film show as part of the fundraising evening.
Sangha Sing! 4-6pm
Come along and enjoy a magical afternoon…no experience is necessary, just some enthusiasm! Together, we will learn some beautiful mantras in harmony, and maybe one or two surprises! The songs and mantras we learn will form part of the evening’s programme.
Participation in the evening performance is not obligatory. You can just come to the workshop. If you are participating in the evening performance you do need a ticket for the show!)
Evening Performances
Creative Jewels Performance 7-10pm
Be amazed and thrilled with performances by members of the Ipswich Sangha and their friends. Be moved by the beautiful voices of Sanga Sings and touched by the imaginations of our creative writers.
