With Abigail (affectionately known as Abs)
Training for Ordination (slow route).
52, currently living on my own in East Suffolk, 17 miles from the Buddhist Centre. Dog lover. Personal Assistant and Support Worker for those living with developmental needs.
Please bring with you something from home that makes you feel extra comfortable and relaxed, could be a blanket/Favourite mug/Cushion/Slippers/Knitting/Crochet etc. This is an important aspect of the morning, welcoming yourself into the space and making it more homely for you. I’d like us to create a sense of personal comfort for ourselves as well as sharing something of our home.
Thank you and I look forward to sharing this morning with you. There will be a ‘bathing in Metta lying down meditation, followed by the talk and a tea and cake break. Please bring vegan cake to share.
Join the women of the sangha for a morning of meditation, talk and discussion. All who identify as women are welcome to this morning of friendship and sangha.
