Women’s Day: Sitting with what’s uncomfortable
Sunday, June 18th @ 10:30 am – 3:30 pm
We are delighted to have Carumani leading our next Women’s Day on the theme of ‘sitting with what is uncomfortable.
During the day we will be reflecting on Hri (remorse) and Apatrapya (decorum), the guardians of the world. Both of these are positive mental states but painful, causing our ethical practice to falter.
We will explore these themes through puja, meditation and discussion during the day.
Please bring a vegan lunch to share.
