From Monday 18th May, The Ipswich Buddhist Centre will be offering a lunchtime meditation session every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in addition to its popular Tuesday lunchtime event.
Led by an experienced Mitra in training for ordination, the online sessions will focus on our two main meditation practices, the Metta Bhavana and the Mindfulness of Breathing. Instruction will be available to those who need it. Meditation ‘sits’ will be of moderate length to accommodate both newcomers and experienced meditators.
The regular sessions are initially planned through to mid-June and will continue beyond dependant upon demand. Details here . . .
