Young Buddhists: First Friday – The Tantric Precepts
Friday, September 1st @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
We all start our day with a certain amount of energy. How do you make use of yours? Are you directing it in a way that is helpful to you, or is it being drained by uninspiring work, toxic relationships and too many distractions? Do you guard with special care the energy of others, or is it sometimes tempting to “steal” a bit for your own purposes?
At Ipswich Buddhist Centre, we often talk about the 5 precepts (ethical guidelines) that we have committed to live by. However, the lesser-known Tantric precepts can give us important insight into where we are directing our efforts.
Come and delve into the esoteric world of the Tantra, plus tonight we will be saying farewell to Amber and Tadgh, much-loved members of our Sangha, before they move to Nottingham.

How to Join
Doors open at 6.45pm to start at 7pm.
